Christian Law Firm Rights 'Ridiculous' Criminal Charges Against School Officials for Mealtime Prayer

Florida school officials Frank Lay and Robert Freeman recently received letters informing them that they could lose their retirement benefits because of a prayer said at a luncheon.

The Pace High School principal and athletic director are accused of violating a consent decree - which prohibits all district school officials from promoting, endorsing, or causing religious prayers during school-sponsored events - and face criminal contempt charges.

A survey of US football players has found that half of them know at least one gay teammate.

The anonymous research, by ESPN magazine, asked 85 college football players if they had a gay athlete on their team.

Obama Administration Misleads on HealthCare Abortion Funding

The Barack Obama campaign organization has released a new web site called "Setting the Record Straight" that presents crooked details when it comes to the health care legislation in Congress. Organizing for America, the renamed Obama campaign apparatus, also claims there are not rationing concerns in the bill.

"It feels like a new lie about health insurance reform crops up each day," OFA director Mitch Stewart says in the email for the president's group.
