Christians Decry Tax-Funded Abortion in Health Care Bill

Dr. Richard Land, president of the Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention - the nation's largest Protestant denomination - declared on Tuesday that "all pro-life Americans need to speak out and speak out now" about the health care bills being considered by Congress.

The conservative Christian leader warned that the current health care reform bill could "open the door" to the "greatest expansion of government subsidized abortions in our nation's history."

40 Democrats Oppose Health Care Bill Without Abortion Ban

The leading pro-life Democrat in the House of Representatives says a total of 40 Democratic lawmakers would vote to oppose a health care bill on the House floor unless it explicitly included language banning taxpayer-funded abortion and insurance mandates on abortion.

Rep. Bart Stupak, a Michigan congressman, has been one of the leaders in making the government-run health bill the House is considering abortion free.

YouTube Bans Another Video of Planned Parenthood Hiding Sexual Abuse, Abortion

The popular video sharing web site YouTube has again censored a video exposing Planned Parenthood hiding a potential case of sexual abuse of a teenager. The video also shows the Planned Parenthood employee telling a woman posing as a teenager how she can evade the state's parental consent abortion law.

The undercover video, taken by Lila Rose of Live Action, shows a staffer at a Birmingham, Alabama Planned Parenthood abortion center telling a woman who appears to be a victim of statutory rape that "we bend the rules."

Mexican Gov't Promotes 'Morning After Pill & Condom Use" to 10--Year Olds

The Mexican government is distributing millions of pamphlets to children and adolescents in public schools, informing them of their "right" to receive the abortifacient "morning after pill," after sexual intercourse.

Mexican children between the ages of 10 and 19 years are receiving medical "passports" containing their vaccination records from the Secretariat of Education, which contain two pages of material advocating the drug.
