New Hampshire Considers Legalizing Adultery

New Hampshire's legislature legalized homosexual "marriage" last June, and now is considering a proposal to legalize adultery.

Currently New Hampshire has a 200-year-old misdemeanor criminal statute which has evolved from time spent on the gallows, to jail sentences accompanied by 39 lashes, to the current punishment of a $1,200 fine. However, the statute making adultery punishable has not been enforced in quite some time.

S.C. Fire Station Restores, Adds to Nativity Scene

The Charleston Fire Department announced Tuesday that one of its stations has modified its holiday display to comply with U.S. Supreme Court rulings. It has added a menorah, Kwanzaa
Kinara, Santa Claus, elves and reindeer.
